Police are investigating a couple of break-and-enters in Masset over the past couple of days. The Dogwood Lodge, a duplex on Dogwood Avenue, was broken into sometime between noon and 4 pm Wednesday (Feb. 7), said Cpl. Bob Isaacs. Money, beer, a gameboy, and a phone card were taken. And a storage van behind Seabreeze Restaurant on Main Street was broken into around 2 am Friday (Feb. 9), Cpl. Isaacs said. Juice and buns were taken, but most of the food was recovered in the parking lot. Police are investigating both incidents.
