Russ George, the maverick American businessman and entrepreneur associated with the Haida Salmon Restoration Corporation, is suing the group to stop it from kicking him out.Mr. George recently filed an application in BC Supreme Court recently, saying he was wrongly frozen out of his right to direct the corporation. He also wants the HSRC to provide him with access to all its business records and data.Last May, HRSC issued a statement saying Mr. George had been removed as a director, a statment that Mr. George later said was not true since the board did not have the authority to remove him.
