MP visits next week

Skeena-Bulkley Valley MP Nathan Cullen will be visiting Haida Gwaii next week and will be available for meetings with anyone who wants to discuss federal issues. “It’s his annual summer visit,” said constituency assistant Shelley Browne. “He’ll be meeting with community leaders and First Nations… And he always likes to meet with constituents.” Mr. Cullen has had an exciting past several months. He placed third in the NDP’s leadership race in March, and was then chosen by new leader Thomas Mulcair to be the Opposition House Leader in Ottawa. Mr. Cullen’s visit runs from Aug. 12 to 17.
