  • Aug. 27, 2012 1:00 p.m.

The deadline for submitting letters of comment about the Enbridge Northern Gateway pipeline is this Friday, Aug. 31. Letters of comment allow people to present their knowledge, views or concerns about the project to the Joint Review Panel in writing. Letters must be faxed to the panel secretary at 403-292-5503 or submitted through the online form on the panel’s website. It’s easiest to find the panel’s site by googling “Enbridge Joint Review Panel” but the exact address is gatewaypanel.review-examen.gc.ca/clf-nsi/hm-eng.html Look for the “submit documents electronically” link at the top right hand column. Letters of comment must also be sent to three different lawyers for Enbridge, either by fax or electronically. Their contact information is on the website. Look for the “letter of comment” link on the left-hand side.
