Port man pleads not guilty, goes to trial in fall

Travis O'Brien, the Port Clements man who has been charged with one count of mischief stemming from events on municipal election night last November, has pleaded not guilty to the charge.
Mr. O'Brien's trial has been tentatively set for Oct. 19 and 20 in the provincial courthouse in Masset. He will next appear in court Aug. 16 at a hearing to make sure everything is set for the trial.
