Queen Charlotte's new web site will feature lots of photos of the community, including some fascinating historical photos, office manager Debra Uliana told the management committee Wednesday (Jan. 7).
Many community members have offered pictures for the web site, Ms Uliana said. Other photos are coming from the BC Archives and from the Haida Gwaii Museum. The museum has a CD with historical photos from around the islands - including one of a very young Eric Ross. Mr. Ross is now the oldest member of the management committee, and said the fact the museum has a picture of him in its archives is a clue that he's not as young as he used to be!
