Science fair Wednesday

Queen Charlotte Secondary will be hosting the Pacific Northwest Regional Science Fair Wednesday (March 31).
Organizer Peter Gajda expects about 100 kids, with entries from both on-island and off-island schools, grades 2-11.
The judging will take place in the morning, with an open house in the afternoon, which is an opportunity for everyone in the community to come and see the diverse projects on display.
The best entries will win cash prizes, and the grand prize is a trip to the Canada Wide Science Fair in St. John's, Newfoundland.
