Judith Jeanette Zille (Emmons) of Prince Rupert BC, died peacefully on May 22 2017 in Smithers BC, after a long illness. Born January 14, 1945 in Toledo Ohio, Judy is predeceased by her parents, Lillian (Emmons) Ford and Jesse Emmons, and stepfather Robert Ford. Judy is survived by her loving husband John Zille, brother Tom Emmons (Lynn), half-sister Barbaralee Pressler, sisterin- law Mary Gibson (Ian), daughter Tracy Zille (Fred), son David Zille (Leah), grandchildren Jayd Crompton (Cody), Amanda Visona (Chris), Clayton Flett (Carley) and Jonah Zille, great grandchildren Beau, Isabella, Luke, Lilian, and many nieces and nephews. Judy was a loving wife, mother, school teacher, community volunteer, and a long time worker at Friendship House Nursery school in Prince Rupert, providing support for children with special needs for many years Our family extends our sincere gratitude to the staff, nurses and doctors of Bulkley Lodge in Smithers BC for their longterm support and care of Judy. A prayer service will be held at Annunciation Church in Prince Rupert, Tuesday May 30th at 7:00 PM, and funeral services will also be held at Annunciation Church, Wednesday May 31st at 1:00 PM.
