In Pictures: A scary cute Halloween in Old Massett

Photographer Archie Stocker Sr. braved a scary cute Halloween party at the Old Massett Village Hall on Oct. 31.

Put on by the Tawlang ga Tlaayds and Comprehensive Community Planning teams, the afternoon party brought out dozens of dressed-up families for healthy snacks, games and prizes before an evening of door to door trick-or-treating. To cap off the night, the Old Massett Volunteer Fire Department lit fireworks at the ball field.

“The firemen did an excellent job of lighting up the cloudy sky and scaring the wits out of any lurking ghosts,” Stocker said.
