Accident early Friday closes highway in Tlell

by Alex Rinfret–We were here at 7:55 am, I think the accident had happened just shortly before. Road to be closed for a couple of hours in both directions, people on the scene said. Fire truck and ambulance are there now (just saw ambulance go by at 8:10 am)Logging truck on its side with load of logs totally spilled across the highway. The site is the corner where the old Funk It used to be. (approx 4 km south of Crow’s Nest)The driver is injured.The highway is expected to be open at 10:30 am. There will be another update at 10 am.Check the DriveBC website under major events.
