Art show opens tonight (Friday)!

  • Jan. 31, 2014 6:00 a.m.

It’s art show time again, and islanders are getting ready for the grand opening Friday. In the photo, Betsy Cardell and coordinator Nancy Hett prepare to hang the show. Ms Hett told us there are 71 works of art entered this year, more than ever. She said there’s an amazing variety, from very large to very small works, some by highly skilled artists, others by beginners. It all happens at the museum in Skidegate Friday evening at 7pm. It’s great fun. Be there!
