Myrna and Troy Jacobson were the big winners at the Hawkair/TK Air suitcase party last Friday at the Masset airport. The Masset couple won a free return trip to Vancouver, with the flight leaving right after the draw and returning Sunday evening.
Hawkair spokesperson Donna Schulmeister said the turnout was "awesome", with more than 200 people entering the draw. The volunter firefighters did a brisk business selling burgers to the crowd, which also enjoyed free doughnuts fresh from Prince Rupert courtesy of the airline.
