Back injury delays MP's trip to Masset, Queen Charlotte

Skeena-Bulkley Valley MP Nathan Cullen is postponing his trip to the islands, after he wrenched his back running in the House of Commons on Thursday.Mr. Cullen told the Observer that when he woke up at 5:00 am Friday to get ready for his flight, he couldn't even put his socks on. So he decided to remain in Ottawa until he feels better.He had meetings scheduled for Friday evening in Masset and Saturday morning in Queen Charlotte.He now says he'll be coming to the islands the week of February 16, likely for more than just two days.
