The "Naden Winds" woodwind quintet will be performing on Haida Gwaii next week.The five-piece musical group's first show is Tuesday, June 7 at St. Paul's church in Masset. They will perform again the next night, June 8, in Queen Charlotte at the Legion. Both concerts begin at 7:30 pm and tickets are $12 for arts council members and $15 for non-members. Proceeds from the concert will support the Haida Gwaii Arts Council.The "Naden Winds" is a professional woodwind quintet featuring flute, oboe, clarinet, French horn and bassoon. The musicians, who are a sub-group of the Naden Band of Maritime Forces Pacific, have prepared a variety of music to please all ages. See you there!
