Beach Rock Art Contest great!

Submitted by Linda Berston–We had a great turnout for the 6th annual Beach Rock Art Contest. There were 57 contestants in all, divided into 17 teams or individuals in the adult’s category and 11 teams or individuals in the children’s category. It was also good to see so many spectators!
Adult winners: 1st – Wally and Kelsey Pelton from Skidegate ($75 gift certificate from Funk It), 2nd – Kim Larocque and Emma Mitchell from Tlell ($50 gift certificate from Bayview Market), 3rd – Loopy and Alicia from Port Clements ($25 gift certificate from Bottle and Jug Works)
Children’s winners: 1st- Ali Bourque and Steph Abbott from Prince George ($50 gift certificate from Crystal Cabin Gallery), 2nd- Issy Bourque and Abba Mitchell from Prince George and Tlell ($35 gift certificate from Sitka Studio)
3rd- Cohen Isberg from Skidegate ($15 gift certificate from Dress For Les)
