Mathers Elementary School in SandspitEvents will include a talk on bike safety, rules of the road, hand signaling, proper safety attire, helmet fitting, theft prevention.Parents should ensure their children bring their bicycles and helmets to school so they may fully participate in the practical portion of the events, which includes bicycle skills with an obstacle course.
