Crack cocaine bust in Masset

Thanks to an anonymous tip, Masset police were able to nab an individual in possession of crack cocaine on Tuesday April 7 at around 2:45 pm. “The caller reported suspicious activity in a licensed premise,” writes Constable Sam Perren in a news release. One man and one woman were involved. The man, age 29 from Prince Rupert, was released from custody with charges pending and the adult female was released without charges.
