It's time for the Observer's annual daffodil contest, now that the snow has finally gone. The rules are simple: count the daffodils in bloom on your residential property and call our daffodil hot line (559-4680), fax to 559-8433, or e-mail us at observer@qcislands.net.
The contest closes this year at noon Monday April 14, and we'll print the names of entrants in the Observer each week for the next couple of Thursdays.
The person with the most wins a two-year subscription to the Observer; we'll also draw another name at random to win the same.
So... get counting. You can't win if you don't enter!
