The Joint Review Panel will be releasing its report on the Enbridge Northern Gateway Project on Thursday, Dec. 19 at 1:30 pm Pacific Time - several days earlier than expected.According to a notice posted on the JRP's website, the report will detail the panel's recommendation to the federal government on whether or not the pipeline project should be approved, and the reasons for the recommendation. The report will also include the terms and conditions that Enbridge Northern Gateway must implement if the project is approved.The report comes after almost two years of public hearings across BC and Alberta on the impacts of the pipeline.The report will be released in Calgary at the National Energy Board library and on the panel's website at www.gatewaypanel.review-examen.gc.ca
