Ferries taking reservations again

BC Ferry Services Inc. has finally opened for reservations on its northern routes, 20 days after all ferry service was suspended due to the loss of the Queen of the North.
The Queen of Prince Rupert is scheduled to leave the Lower Mainland this week and return first to Port Hardy, then travel on to Prince Rupert, and arrive on the Charlottes April 16.
BC Ferries spokesperson Deborah Marshall said staff have contacted everyone who had reservations on the cancelled sailings to rebook them if necessary, and that general reservations are open as of Monday (April 10).
No cabins will be available, and there's no news yet on the summer schedule.
