Four men have been charged with assault and/or assault causing bodily harm after an altercation at a dance in Skidegate on Jan. 10.Constable Andrew West of the Queen Charlotte RCMP said some of the individuals received multiple counts. But at the recent bail hearing the judge ordered a publication ban on the circumstances surrounding the incident.Constable West said police were not called on the night of the incident, but started their investigation after the fact.He said the defense asked for the publication ban, so he could give no further details. But he said he would be release more information as soon as he was able to do so.
