Helmet use is now required at the bike park in Queen Charlotte. The new policy will be enforced without exception, according to the village. Bike park users not wearing helmets will be asked to get their helmets before returning to the park.Helmets will be available for those without.The village, the RCMP and the Observer are raising funds for helmets and bikes.
