And that's just what happened in Port Clements Thursday (March 26).Ann Mintenko called us at 2:35 pm to say her son Dennis had just seen a rufous hummingbird at 24 Jasper Street in Port."Here it was, wiggling around and it was taking the syrup," Ms Mintenko told us, adding that the feeders had been out for about a week before a hummer showed up.It's the first hummingbird report of 2009.
