Kwuna to be painted in next four weeks

  • Jul. 13, 2007 3:00 p.m.

There will be less space for vehicles on the Kwuna for the next month as the ferry undergoes routine painting of its car deck surface, says BC Ferries. The painting will be going on between July 14 and Aug. 14. BC Ferries says customers should arrive earlier than usual for their desired sailing if they want to get on. The 1 pm sailing from Skidegate and the 3:40 pm sailing from Alliford Bay are expected to be particularly busy.
