The Vancouver Island Regional Library system on the islands is celebrating twenty years of providing service.
Right, Etchi Zaleski of the Jessie Simpson library in Masset says ‘come on in’ to the open house on Saturday. Gwaii Edenshaw will host a special storytime at 11:30 am. Doors then open at noon and David Phillips will talk about the branch’s history. Great prizes, great food, great coffee!
An open house will also be held Saturday in Queen Charlotte; Sandspit celebrates Thursday and Port Friday.
