Masset telethon upcoming

Submitted by the Masset Haida Lions Club–Once again, the Masset Haida Lions Club will be putting on its Christmas Telethon. The money raised goes to the community with only 10-percent going to the Easter Seal House. The Easter Seal House is used by everyone in the north.Howa to all who’ve donated and volunteered in the past. We would like to explain how the donation part works.Donated items are itemized and then a time is allotted to promote your item on the air. You can well imagine how many days and hours are spent working with all the items. When an item comes in the day of the telethon, those items have to be squeezed in wherever possible. Sooo, if you want your item to get the best air time, please get them in as soon as possible. Again, Howa to all those who support your Christmas Telethon, which in turns supports your community.
