MP will vote yes to same sex marriage

Skeena MP Nathan Cullen says he will be voting in favour of expanding the definition of marriage to include same sex couples when it comes time for a vote on the issue.
The federal Liberals introduced legislation last week to give same sex couples the same right to get married as traditional male-female couples.
Mr. Cullen said it is an extremely divisive issue across the country, and he has been hearing a lot about it from constituents on both sides of the debate.
However, he said he made his position clear before he was elected, and will be supporting the legislation, as will other members of the NDP caucus.
