A new charter airline, Ocean Pacific Air Services Ltd., started operating from Rupert's Seal Cove Seaplane Base on May 16.The airline is owned and operated by Ken Cote, an experienced pilot flying and maintaining aircraft on the North Coast, Central Coast and Alaska for the past 43 years.Mr. Cote is engaged in the community and the North Coast and has lived here since 1969. He is connected to the First Nations' communities and the logo on the aircraft has been designed by Kelli Clifton of the Gitga'at Nation.
