The Northern Health board voted in Kitimat this week to endorse the name "Northern Haida Gwaii Hospital and Health Centre" for the new facility in Massett.The board's recommendation is being forwarded to the Ministry of Health, which will make the ultimate decision about the hospital's name.According to Northern Health, the name recommendation was brought forward after consultation with community representatives.
