Fire destroyed the house of Kynaan Pettigrew of Sangan Drive, North Beach on Saturday. No one was hurt, the community rallied 'round, and by that night he had a place to stay and food clothes.Donations to help Kynaan can be made at Northern Savings Credit Union. Many thanks to the Old Massett and New Masset volunteer firefighters who helped put the fire out with such strong winds blowing.
