Submitted by Archie StockerAboriginal Day celebrations in Old Massett took place on Sunday, starting at 1pm at the ball field. A mini parade around the field was held and the festivities took place all afternoon. The sun looked out half of the time and the rest of the afternoon was very nice weatherwise. There were lots of races. Toddlers, young children, big children, teens, nonnies, and even two old chinnies (including yours truly on crutches) raced against each others. A fun afternoon with lots of goodies for all!
