Editor, Sir;This entire planet and all its species are at real risk from the greenhouse gas emissions produced by carbon-based fuel burning. Coal and gas-fired power plants are some of the worst contributors to the problem. Wind, solar, and other green contributors to electricity generation are one of our best options for reducing our dependency on the carbon-based grids.If we truly care about this Earth and the life she supports, we need to focus on this situation, and pull together for solutions.Robert BakerMasset
