BC Hydro customers in Masset and Port Clements will be without electricity for two hours Monday afternoon, starting at 4:30 pm.BC Hydro says it's an 'emergency planned outage" necessary for safety while repairs are made at the Masset substation.The power will go out in both Masset and Port at 4:30 pm. Hydro expects to have it back on at 6:30.
