Queen Charlotte will be hosting a protocol communities meeting sometime later this month, says mayor Carol Kulesha.Ms Kulesha said it's Queen Charlotte's turn to hold the public meeting of all islands community leaders, and that she is currently looking for a date that works with everyone's schedule.The last protocol meeting was held in Port Clements in February. At that time, the leaders discussed a wide range of issues including timber tenures, the status of reconciliation talks between the Haida Nation and the province, the need for an all-islands recreation plan, mail and ferry service, and the possibility of islands self-government.
