Williams received a suspended sentence and one year probation and was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of $50 for assault.Masset April 21 and 22:. Jackson C. Bell received a suspended sentence and one year probation for resisting or obstructing a peace officer.. Neil D. Goertzen was sentenced to eight days in jail for failing to comply with an undertaking.. Joseph Shannon was sentenced to jail time served and 18 months probation for mischief in relation to property, uttering threats, assault with a weapon and possession of a weapon. He also received a 10 year firearms prohibition.. Roy M. Barclay received a four month conditional sentence, six months probation, and a 10-year firearms prohibition for possession of a prohibited substance for the purpose of trafficking.. Clarence G. Thompson was sentenced to jail time served, one year probation and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of $50 for assault with a weapon.
