Queen Charlotte has put its entire council package and agenda on-line. Interested citizens can now access the information to be discussed at each council meeting by heading to the website at www.queencharlotte.ca. Staff members aim to have the packages on-line by the Thursday before council meetings, held on the first and third Monday of each month. The information, in pdf format, will remain on the site until the next meeting package replaces it, says administrator Bill Beamish. Council agendas will remain on-line in perpetuity, as will meeting minutes (including special meetings and council of the whole meetings), although these are not posted until after council adopts them (usually at the next council meeting).Agendas, packages and minutes are also available at the village office.
