Robert Mills was elected chief councillor of Skidegate in the March 15 band council election, according to preliminary results from electoral officer Doris Rosang.Elected to council were Duane Alsop, James Cowpar, David Crosby, Godfrey Williams, Robert Williams, Willard Wilson and Billy Yovanovich.
