Sandspit Adventures fishing lodge, also known as the Sandspit Harbour Inn, across from the harbour, will go to auction on September 4 and 5.The auction will take place in Edmonton, and the assets sold by photo. Included is the 24-room Sandspit Adventures Fishing Lodge, a 3,840 square foot fish processing building, a home on Blaine Shaw Road and one on School Road and a lot on Beach Road. Smaller items, including three 24 foot Osprey boats, a 21 foot Boston Whaler and two 24 foot Skagit boats as well as RVs, shop tools, hand tools and more. Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers is looking after the sale, which will be an unreserved public auction, which means the assets will be sold to the highest bidder, without any minimum bid or reserve price.
