Small quake early Friday

A small earthquake was reported Friday about 60 kliometres south southwest of Queen Charlotte, not far from the mouth of Tasu Sound.According to Natural Resources Canada, the quake happened at seventeen minutes after midnight, and had a magnitude of 3.7.There are no reports of damage, and none would be expected, NRC said, adding that it was lightly felt on Haida Gwaii.We're now just ten days away from the anniversary of the big shaker, the 7.7 magnitude quake, which happened last year on October. 28.
