Queen Charlotte RCMP have arrested a man they have been looking for since 2008.Sgt. Rob Knapton said police arrested Dennis Edwards Pollard (also known as Fenton) Thursday afternoon (Aug. 4) in Skidegate Inlet. The man was on a boat at the time of the arrest.Mr. Pollard is facing several charges of robbery, forcible entry, failure to comply with a probation order, break and enter, and obstruction, Sgt. Knapton said. He has never shown up in court to face these charges, some of which date back to 2008.Police have issued a couple of appeals for public assistance over the past three years to help locate Mr. Pollard.
