The school board has announced several staff changes which will take effect Aug. 1. Joanne Yovanovich, currently the principal of Sk'aadgaa Naay elementary school in Skidegate, becomes principal of aboriginal education. Vonnie Hutchingson, now the Haida education director, will move into Ms Yovanovich's office and take over as principal of Sk'aadgaa Naay. Vicki Ives becomes vice-principal at Sk'aadgaa Naay, and Stephanie Hedley-Smith becomes vice-principal at Queen Charlotte Secondary.
