Sunny summer predicted

If you remember the nasty non-summer of 2011, relax. We're in for a much better one this year.At least, that's according to Senior Meteorologist Jack Boston of Accuweather in the town of State College, Pennsylvania. He says this year's temperatures will be warmer and the summer drier than usual, from the prairies all the way to the coast. The average temperature will definitely be above 15 C for the summer, and precipitation should be below 4 cm per month.? Mr. Boston also says to expect a few days of low clouds with fog and light rain, but most of the summer will be sunny skies and dry lawns. Before you completely discount this, remember that Mr. Boston predicted, pretty accurately, the cold spring that is just finished.
