Two Port residents have submitted nominations for a spot on the village council.Stephen Foster and Tom Quinn will be the two candidates in an April 10 by-election being held to replace councillor Naureen Hughes-MacMullon, who resigned late last year.There is a one-week period after the close of nominations March 5 during which a candidate may withdraw their name, said administrator Heather Nelson-Smith.
