Queen Charlotte voters have elected one new councillor and three incumbents.Unofficial results for today's election have Leslie Johnson elected with 213 votes. Ms Johnson is new to council, and will be joined by incumbents Greg Martin (190 votes), Kris Olsen (186 votes) and Gladys Noddin (169 votes).Not elected are Wendy Malesku (133 votes), Chris Collinson (127 votes), Jeff Garrett (110 votes) and Eric Ross (80 votes).Queen Charlotte mayor Carol Kulesha has been acclaimed.
