Weyerhaeuser guilty

Weyerhaeuser Co. has been found guilty on a charge that the company failed to maintain a road properly, and fined $345.
Masset court registrar Linda Smerychynski said Judge Agnes Krantz issued the decision from her office in Prince Rupert.
The road in question is a portion of the mainline known as 25.3 K, approximately 50 kilometres from Juskatla. Conservation officer James Hilgemann issued the company a ticket after coming across a large pothole near a bridge in early April 2003.
