The Annual General Meeting of the B.C. Ferry Authority and the Annual Public Meeting of British Columbia Ferry Services Inc. both take place Thursday, Aug. 15 at 10 a.m. in New Westminster.
The B.C. Ferry Authority is responsible for overseeing the strategic direction of BC Ferries in support of the public interest, appointing the Board of Directors of BC Ferries and for establishing compensation plans for the Directors and Executives of BC Ferries.
The meeting will be broadcast online to allow those interested to join virtually – simply RSVP to agm@bcferries.com to receive the meeting link information.
Both virtual and in-person participants will have the opportunity to ask questions and provide comments.
