It is with profound sadness that the family of Michael announce his passing on January 7, 2019 at the age of 44 years.
Michael leaves to mourn his loss, his loving wife Alyshia, his children: Megan Lynn Jensen, Zachary Rhyse Jensen, Kristopher Michael Jensen, Nathaniel Luke Johnston and Dawnavin Mamie Bell. He also leaves a brother Harold Anthony Jensen of Kelowna and parents Gail and Les.
He was born in New Westminster and grew up all over BC. He then moved to Alberta in the early 90's. He met his wife Alyshia in Edmonton and they too traveled between BC and Alberta, finally settling in Calmar raising their three children. Mike enjoyed the outdoors, yet loved his video game time. He loved swimming, curling, the Vancouver Canucks and music was a big part of his life.
A Celebration of Life was held in memory of Mike on Sunday January 20, 2019 in Calmar, Alberta.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Mike's name to the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Alberta. Arrangements entrusted to Hainstock & Son Funeral Chapel (780) 986 - 2151.
