Craigslist poster has the starter home for you

Cheeky ad claims $375 laneway home in Vancouver is perfect for “Cirque de soleil” types

Worried about real estate prices in Vancouver? Not sure you can get into the market before it shoots even further out of reach?

A potential landlord in Kerrisdale might have the solution.

A $375 laneway house at the corner of West 31 Avenue and MacDonald Street is on the market. The only catch? You might have to downsize.

“Would suit a shorter type or a flexible person. Cirque de soleil types,” the ad reads.

On the upside? It’s “clean and cute” and you can eat all the avocado toast you please.
